Zenith Track 360° Privacy Notice

Effective October 24, 2026 (America/Denver)

Zenith Group LLC operates Zenith Track 360°, a shipment visibility service owned by Zenith Freight. This notice describes the current native iPhone app, version 1.0 (build 5), and its related Track service and broker dashboard. It does not describe the separate Zenith Freight marketplace or our other apps.

Questions or requests: info@zenithgroupllc.net.

When shipment location is shared

Installing the app, signing in, opening an invitation or joining a company does not by itself authorize shipment tracking. The driver must accept a specific shipment’s location-sharing disclosure and grant the required iPhone location permission. The disclosure identifies the company receiving the reports and the shipment’s safety expiration.

During an authorized tracking session, the app uses Apple’s location services, including supported background location updates. A driver can use Stop Sharing and can change location permission in iPhone Settings. Confirmed delivery, cancellation, authorization withdrawal or the session’s safety expiration also ends the applicable sharing authorization. GPS proximity alone is not proof that freight was picked up or delivered.

Connectivity, location accuracy and iOS restrictions affect reporting. We do not guarantee uninterrupted updates, including after force-quitting the app or restarting the phone. An offline device cannot be remotely wiped immediately; server authorization checks and the session deadline still apply to reports it later attempts to upload.

Information we process and why

Session credentials use the iPhone’s protected storage. The app’s temporary location queue is encrypted with a device-only key, is excluded from app backups, and is limited to 1,000 points and 24 hours. Stopping the applicable sharing session clears its local queued reports. Those limits do not set the retention period for reports already received by the service.

The current app does not include an advertising SDK or collect the advertising identifier (IDFA). We do not use shipment location sharing for cross-app advertising tracking.

Who can receive information

The company identified in the shipment disclosure and its authorized administrators, dispatchers and shipment participants can access information permitted for that shipment, including reported locations, status, messages and documents. Driver access is limited by assignment and authorization. Authorized Zenith personnel may process account, company, support and security records to operate the service.

Companies can create expiring, revocable customer tracking links. A person holding a valid link can see its limited shipment view, which can include the load number, origin and destination, status, latest authorized reported position and update time. Treat these links as private access credentials. A forwarded driver invitation does not by itself grant an unrelated account access.

An authorized recipient may download or separately retain a business record. A request concerning your Track account does not remotely remove that recipient’s independent copy.

Service providers and external maps

Appointment reminder preferences and scheduled local reminders stay on the device. The current iPhone build does not register for remote push notifications. The service can still create in-app broker notifications. Third-party TMS connectors and broker web-map providers are not enabled in the current service; this notice does not claim an operational proprietary TMS connection or successful push delivery.

Retention and current deletion limitations

Uploaded GPS reports: the service is configured with a 30-day cleanup target measured from backend receipt. Cleanup is bounded and is not currently scheduled automatically. This configuration is not a guarantee that every report is physically erased after 30 days; uploaded reports can remain beyond that target until cleanup is operated.

Company records: company profiles, shipment and status history, waiting records, messages, completed business documents and business or security audit records currently have no general automatic age-based purge. They may contain personal information even when an account identifier is later pseudonymized. No fixed automatic retention period is promised for these categories.

Account deletion: the current service has not enabled in-app personal-account deletion. Contact info@zenithgroupllc.net to request account deletion or ask about access, correction or removal of information. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account and explain records that may remain. Sending a request is not confirmation that an account or all stored data has already been erased.

Personal-account removal is distinct from deleting a company and its shipment records. Private-data cleanup, retained business records and any Apple credential-revocation outcome are separate matters. We do not promise immediate erasure from backups or from copies held independently by authorized recipients, or provider-confirmed Apple revocation before it is actually confirmed.

Your controls and contacting us

Use Privacy & Sharing and Stop Sharing in the app to review or end an active sharing session. You can also manage location permissions and local notifications in iPhone Settings, sign out, and choose whether to upload a document or provide an optional note. Joining a company never substitutes for shipment-specific location consent.

For privacy, retention, support or deletion requests, email info@zenithgroupllc.net. Include only the account or shipment information necessary to identify the issue. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, private tracking links or unnecessary shipment documents.

We may update this notice when the service or its data handling changes. The effective date above identifies this notice. This notice describes current functionality and limitations; it does not certify legal compliance or guarantee provider, device or background-tracking performance.
